Germany,
at a railway-station, for a few years there have been frequent glueings of pages and pictures to trash-cans and glass-panels around the station.
Last picture is from an earlier time, when I first noticed this practice with it possibly having started due to makeshift construction planning being made at the station.
Any similar curiosities in your areas?
